The Ministry of Foreign Affairs present
their compliments to His Britannic Majesty's
Embassy and have the honour to request them to
transmit in an official manner to their Government
the request made semi-officially by the Kinistry
of the Colonies that His Majesty's Government should
agree to make available four "Fighter Reconnaissance
Osprey" hydroplanes destined for the Portuguese
Colony of Macão and to deliver them to the appro-
priate colonial authority in Macão, or in the
neighbouring British possession of Hong Kong.
When the reply of His Majesty's Government
has been received the Ministry of the Colonies will
appoint the individual whose duty it will be to
examine the machines and arrange the conditions
of purchase.
